The protein pizza gives you 62 g of protein, this is the best high protein personal pizza I’ve ever made. Ingredients:

• toppings of choice

• canned chicken breast 8oz

• Parmesan cheese

•1 egg

• tomato sauce/marinera

•turkey pepperoni, onion, yellow bell pepper (optional)

The crust is where the magic happens !

1. Combine chicken breast egg, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

2. Bake the crust on a sheet pan for 20 minutes on 400°.

3. Take out and let Cole, add your toppings of choice and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes depending on what happens you choose.
