THE BEST SUMMER RECIPE

Figs in a Blanket (Recipe Below)

I had so much fun making this and it is seriously so easy! A definite crowd pleaser and summer favorite 🤍

Ingredients (making 12 halves)

- 6 medium size figs

- 4 tbsp of goat cheese (I got a really yummy herb infused one but anything works!)

- 6 slices of prosciutto (I ripped each one in half)

- Balsamic Glaze to taste

Instructions:

- preheat oven to 375F while preparing figs

- Halve the figs then using a small spoon scoop out part of the inside (save to snack on later:)

- Fill empty space with a tsp of goat cheese (flatten out with fingers)

- Wrap tightly in prosciutto slice and place on baking sheet

- Once all are wrapped, cook 15-20 minutes depending on how crisp you’d like them

- Remove from oven, let cool, drizzle balsamic and enjoy
