Ok yes, I know it’s from TikTok I bought this a while ago cuz of TikTok, but I really like it. Some flavors do taste like medicine which who wants that. So, I stick to mainly berry flavor, but if you wanna test your pallet the. Get the variety pack. If use this to help me have energy, fill me up if I don’t have time to eat breakfast, and it’s gonna sound gross but to help me have a BM.🫣

The pre workout one is so good!!!! I flipped out when I 1st tired it, (💕it smells like cotton candy💕) and it’s pink 💕💕💖💘💝💖. It does give more energy to do a workout. I work 9-6 so I don’t have time to workout in the morning so I prep one in the morning before I leave to drink once I come home.

(I’m not gonna tell you guys to use them everyday cuz I for sure don’t but they do help and make me feel better for the start of my day to the end)
