Dollar tree Price Comparison

Ive been seeing these strips at dollar tree they’re not new and have been at DT for as long as I can remember and also came across these exact whitening strips at Fresco (a grocery store in South Florida).

AND BABY when I saw the difference in price I was like WHATTTTTT.!!?!?

How I could purchase 4 boxes at dollar tree and get almost double as much as I would at fresco and still pay LESS THAN the DISCOUNTED price is beyond me.
