Wow. Talk about mind altering, positivity inducing, change-for-the-better kind of book. There’s a reason this book is so popular. I truly believe that anyone and everyone would be able to relate to this book in one way or another. The practices, and the mindset discussed in this book is something that could be applied to an infinite amount of lifestyles. There’s something about the way Mark writes about the ways to alter your thoughts/emotions that just make sense. There were moments reading this that I had to sit back and really digest what I read. This isn’t a book you want to fly through. You want to soak in the contents, think on it, and go back for more. I will likely be reading this over again, and make sure you have your highlighter on hand. Majority of the advice in this book is/will be implemented in to my life. And I have and will suggest this to everyone I know. So that being said… go read this!!!
