Prayer is one of my biggest challenges

#lemon8diarychallenge Hi friends and happy Monday! I really am here to express how praying is a BIG challenge for me. This goes deep though, I am so afraid of doing things wrong that it paralyzes me from making decisions in general. So when it comes to prayer - I don’t want to pray selfishly, but then I never have the words to say. Then i start to question EVERYTHING. Like am I REALLY a Christian? Am I REALLY saved? Am I REALLY His child? Is The Holy Spirit even present in me? I do journal prayers - but I really do that as an excuse to NOT pray out loud because for one it is uncomfortable for me, and when I hear myself speak I become very critical of myself and i just simply cringe! I know this is a big flaw i need to surrender and ask God for help but the thing is I HAVE! For this who pray regularly - did you also go through this? What were / are your prayers during that season?
