🤍Prayer: God of Abundance help us to believe that you meet the needs of all. When our bodies grumble, and our legs are tired, may we rest together and be filled to the full

🤍 How I Felt: Week one of Bible had me completely full and just abundantly thankful. This challenge has truly shifted my mindset just reading this passage has me compelled to do more work in my community and really tell and show others what God has done in my life. The way Jesus gave without worrying about his own needs is the most unmatched act of service. I now know I can do more; something as simple as paying for someone’s food who is behind me or taking the time to check on someone who seems different than they were the day before. Personally as a single working mom life can move so fast pace daily however I have to stop to give and check on those to the left and right of me.

🤍 My Takeaways: Do more in my community(volunteer in my spare time), check on those around me and move slower to be more present in the here and now to recognize the needs of others.

A PRAYER FOR THOSE ON THIS CHALLENGE WITH ME: 💞

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with grateful hearts, acknowledging Your presence and Your grace in our lives. We thank You for the strength and determination You have given us to embark on this 75 Soft Challenge, a journey of both physical and spiritual transformation.

Lord, we ask for Your continued guidance and support. Grant us the perseverance to stay committed to this challenge, to honor our bodies as Your temple, and to seek You in every step of our journey. Help us to embrace the discipline required and to find joy in the process, knowing that it brings us closer to the women You created us to be.

Father, we pray for an open heart and a listening ear, to hear Your voice clearly amidst the noise of our daily lives. Let Your Word be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Remind us of Your promises and fill us with the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Strengthen our resolve, Lord, when we feel weak or discouraged. Surround us with a community of support, and may we encourage one another with love and kindness. Let our transformation be a testament to Your power and grace, inspiring others to seek a closer relationship with You.

We trust in Your perfect plan for our lives, knowing that You are always with us, guiding and protecting us. Help us to walk in faith, to surrender our fears and doubts to You, and to embrace the fullness of the life You have called us to live.

In Jesus' name, we pray.
