👋🏻there, so heres a quick summary of what a young working adult meal plan looks like.

8am: Oat Latte (I warm up some oatmilk + add some UCC coffee bean) + Oatkrunch (Chocolate & Hazelnut)

9am: Americano + Fruits

1230pm: Chicken Teriyaki Don (Sushi Zanmai)

5pm: Oatkrunch (Berry)

7pm: Emco No Sugar Nut Bars (The choco + nuts damnn)

830pm: Dinner at home (Rice, Meat + Vegs)

Yes, everyday is different and I always try to be mindful of what I put in my body (I tried) cause temptations is hard ngl, but hey! Is okay to listen to your cravings and what your body want (Try practicing the habit of keeping yourself accountable for the actions you made)

Somedays you might want to eat a whole bar of chocolate and anything / everything thats sweet (Thats me during that time” of the month) and somedays, you would just want a wholesome meal with some meat and veg and thats the beauty of how our body works. So heres a gentle reminder to take these meal plan as an inspo and not a “diet” to follow or restrict yourself🫶🏻
