Weekly Meal Planner: Weeknight Dinners 🍽️

Many of you have found my meal planners to be helpful, so I figured I’d start these up again! Here’s a cozy lineup for the fall season, filled with health-forward yet comfy, heartwarming meals to get you through the week. I’ve included the ingredients on each slide for you to easily make your grocery store list, and all recipes can be found on my website kyrstinicole.com - just search the name of the recipe! This week, we’re starting off Monday with an easy recipe because Mondays are already tough and sometimes you just need a bowl of pasta. On Tuesday, we’ll celebrate #tacotuesday with a taco-inspired steak salad - ps you’re going to LOVE the vegan cilantro lime crema website (recipe on my website)! On Wednesday we’ll have some fun panko chicken poppers, and the next day we’ll balance it out with a delicious fall-inspired salad. And because Friday feels like a great day for takeout (but we still want to save some $$), we’re making my mom’s recipe for beef with broccoli. Enjoy!
