Recipe: Easter Bird’s Nest Cookies 🐥💐

It’s crazy to think that I’ve never gone an Easter - since the time I was born - without having these delicious cookies! These cookies are always a hit with the family, and at gatherings with friends. I literally crave the almond-coconut-chocolate flavor of these treats, and I know you will too once you try them 😋 Plus, they’re super easy to make! Enjoy, and Happy Easter!🐰🐣

INGREDIENTS

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

1 tbsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

3/4 cup Unsalted Butter

8 oz Light Cream Cheese

1 cup Granulated Sugar

3/4 tsp Almond Extract

3 cups Coconut Flakes

1 drop Pink or Red Food Coloring

1 drop Yellow Food Coloring

2 9oz bags Pastel-Colored Almond M&Ms
