There are some gym fits that just make more sense depending on the day! These are my current gym fits based on my split!
Active Rest Days & Light Cardio - loose shorts for comfort, something breathable - sports bra
Cardio Days - seamless shorts (something that won't ride up while on the treadmill or stair master) - sports bra - running shoes
Leg Days - shorts (to show off that leg/glute pump) - sports bra - nike blazers (any flat shoe that supports the ankles for stability while lifting) Upper Body Days - seamless sports bra (whatever will show off my arms the most) - shorts
