slow down & pamper yourself with a beach day ✧🥥

we need days where we can slow down and escape from the fast pace city life — if you feel the same way (i think we all do), it’s time to pamper yourself with a beach date with yourself or with friends!🏝

sleep, read, eat, play, relax — many activities you can do at the beach while feeling at ease 🧘🏻‍♀️ here’s what i did during my beach day!

EAT (noms, noms, noms)

i think my friend and i went overboard with the food (but there’s no such thing as too much!) 💪🏼 my friend brought me to a donki located at habourfront and we devoured all the fresh and cooked food - we got sushi, sweet potato, chicken skewers, gyoza, we bought fruits and boost drinks too which was perfect for the hot sun ☀️

READ

was able to fit in a few chapters of my current read ‘beautiful world where are you’ by sally rooney after the food!

WORD SEARCH TIME

i brought my word search i kept from primary school (yes i was a word search nerd haha)….but bring along some fun activities you can indulge in 🌊

REST & RELAX

most importantly, it’s a time and space to not think about the past or future — just staying in the present and being in a safe space 🤍 i tried my best to stay away from my phone as well (other than taking pictures)
