what to do on a JB day trip!🚏🚌

I recently went on a day trip with my gals to JB so here’s some places you can visit that we explored! We spent the day thrifting and cafe hopping 🤍

01 FLOWER IN THE WINDOW

just a 5 minutes car ride from city square mall, situates this quaint 2 story cafe — selling fusion food! EVERYTHING was yums. A place to give a visit if you are looking for affordable and quality cafe food. We got the smoked salmon avocado toasts, hainan chicken noodle, basil chicken rice 🥙 as for drinks i would highly recommend the watermelon strawberry, it was very refreshing 🍉🍓 You can check out the menu here , insanely affordable…

02 THRIFTING

just few minutes walk away are rows of curated thrift stores! we visited 2 — bside room & kedai dobi shanghai. here you can find your branded vtg wears like harley, tommy, nike, and more. the prices ranges from $20-$50 💲

03 DONA BAKEHOUSE

we chanced upon a cafe right opposite bside room — DONA BAKEHOUSE! the pastries looked so good, we ended up getting the strawberry & lemon meringue croissant. a good pit stop if you are thrifting around the area because the weather can get quite 🥵🥵

04 BANDORU THRIFT & JALAN JALAN JAPAN

we then headed to thrift at bandoru and jalan jalan — CHECK OUT my thrifting in JB post HERE ! but the amount of steals here I found were insane, and majority were $10 and below!

05 NIMMIES CAFE

dinner time — we headed to nimmies cafe to end the day off. the food here was REALLY GOOD, although it’s around sg cafe pricing! we ordered the carbonara, fish & chips, green pesto, salted egg crab squid ink pasta & truffle fries and all were really good! we ordered the korean chicken wings it was pretty gelat for my liking 🤧
