BODYBUILDER Workout Split

My workout split as a bikini competitor. I love this split, it’s worked well for me the past few years. Splitting the muscle groups up like this allows for better recovery (for me anyway). Cardio varies depending if I’m in an off season or in prep.

I tend to drop fast and have a harder time gaining muscle so I keep cardio to a minimum in my off season. In prep we will add in the stairs after the workout. 🤗
