Honestly, I think forgiving yourself and letting go of things that you’ve done that has caused you any type of backlash to yourself as one of the hardest things to forgive. Because I know for me, my brain never stops. I am my biggest enemy, but I am learning trying to learn how to give myself the same type of compassion, love and respect that I give other people whether they deserve it or not I will say it’s way harder to do But I definitely think it’ll all be worth it in the long run learning to love me to forgive me.
