found peace 🌸

i started finding joy in as many things as i could. i tried finding the good in all situations.

found jesus ✝️

i’ve always had religion in my life but i worked hard to truly build a relationship with God and Jesus. this helped give me peace of mind and security in my life.

ate healthy 🍓

eating healthy made my body and mind stronger. i had more energy and felt more productive through the day.

found friends 💗

i surrounded myself with people that i could trust and feel safe around. i feel happy and comfortable with these people and they make my like more positive.

found myself 🫶🏼

after doing these small things my life felt more complete and like it had purpose.
