MAH Backpack in-depth review ✨

Hi all! Recently, I bought the MAH bag to use as my work bag. What do I feel about it? I got it as my work backpacks so it has to fit a 16inch Macbook Pro. The macbook is so BIG & HEAVY 😭 and I'm just a petite 152cm girlie so I needed a good bag with padded straps.

Anyways, here's the review: It costed me $45 on their Tiktok shop for the larger version of the model in the photos. It looks nice and stylish compared to like usual converse, nike backpacks which seem more like school bags.

✅ Pros:

1. The outside pockets on both sides are good for umbrella and water bottle ✔

2. On the part of the bagpack that is against your back, there is a small zip compartment that you can put keys or your work pass for easy access (love this feature!)✔

3. Looks nice and has padded straps and back! That was its main appeal to me, especially since the laptop is quite heavy for me

4. Comes in 2 sizes for this model and the bigger one can fit a 16inch macbook pro with ample space remaining (not just the width but length and height as well)✔

❌ Cons:

1. The outer compartment is too small. It only has 1 front outer compartment that is quite small. It kinda only fits my airpods pro with a casing and maybe a lip balm and its sealed by a velcro and not zip ❎

2. The buckle is the super basic and cheap kind. It isn't very comfortable to open and close. The buckle also clicks quite loudly so when I am packing up to leave office, it will surely let everyone around me know I am leaving. My BF's Timbuk2 has a way better buckle that is easy to open and close and doesnt click so loudly and just feels like its higher quality.❎

3. Inside the bag, there is a velcro on a strap to secure your laptop when its placed in the laptop compartment. The velcro that is sewed on the outside of the compartment that sticks to the velcro on the strap is the rough side. Thanks to it, my knitted cardigan got ruined by the velcro when I removed my laptop to work and left the velcro exposed with my cardigan inside. 😫I never knew about this issue until my BF showed me his Timbuk2 bag and said that his velcro were sewed with the rough one on the strap and the soft side on the outside of the laptop compartment. I was so annoyed when the velcro got stuck to my cardigan and I had to forcefully pull out my cardigan and ruin it. Sighs. 😢 This is the biggest hidden con ❗SO BEWARE❗UPDATE: MAH put a comment under this post that they have addressed this issue in their production which is GREAT and offered to send me another bag WHICH THEY DID! And this issue is fixed and now I am happily using the bag!
