It's okay to take a break…

Yesterday I was running and I wanted to slow down… so I did! It’s not that big of a deal!! 🥰💪🏋️‍♀️🩷

I always push myself so hard, and sometimes it probably isn’t the healthiest thing for my body. Taking a step back and realizing that sometimes your body needs to take a break is a good thing.

Personally, it took me a long time to come to this conclusion, because I always want to be the best version of me that I can be. This is a great mindset, but everything has limits. Listen to your body, it knows best. 💖
