After having a baby, especially after having a C-section, it can be so helpful to have ready to go frozen healthy and hearty home cooked meals!
What I have been doing this time around is making 1-2 meals a week for dinner that can be frozen, and then just make double. It works out perfect because you don’t have any extra dishes.
Cool off in the fridge and then cover with foil and label and write reheating/cooking instructions on top!
I KNOW come May after bubs is here we will be so thankful for all the meals in the freezer. 🫶🏻👩🏼🍳
