It does not matter how you cut your pickles, but I prefer chip size because itβs easier to pack a jar with chips than spears π€
*** DO NOT OPEN THE CONTAINER UNTIL 24HRS HAVE PASSED β οΈβΌοΈβ οΈβΌοΈβ οΈβΌοΈ***
Opening the container before time can cause the infusion process to go slower that usual. I prefer that you let the pickles sit for AT LEAST a week before opening . If you do see separation occur (sugar creating a white coat in the jar ) , just give the jar a good shake and your pickles will be fine π
