Over the last two years, it has been a journey for both of us me coming in as a single mama of 2, and him coming in a little younger than me from an Asian household. In the beginning they were nice and I was a lot around and things were great, but our feelings started to pick up they started to decline. His parents started to overtime. Hate me For things like going through his stuff and finding pictures of me or just us hanging around each other too much and the fact that I’m a mom which I understand the concerns, but turn it into hatred was just something above anything I can comprehend. We have since then moved in together, got engaged and got married in the last six months and they have made it hell for him and I feel so bad, but more than anything my love for him has definitely deepen because he has stood up for me and by me, despite what his parents think. They called me from the slots to talking about how I’m probably getting child support which I’ve never have saying that he’s making the worst decision of his life just a bunch of things and you know he acts like he doesn’t hurt him, but it hurts me to know that they think these things but I’m always putting on a brave face for him, luckily my parents love him. My family has basically adopted him and make sure he’s always included and loved and I appreciate them so much for that.
