I married to my husband last year, and both of us was young, but he's younger! This may be joke to some, but this happens to have been a reality for many women married to younger men who are more years their junior.

1️⃣ Forget Age Difference: I feel insecure when I care too much about the age gap, but I don't care about it, many times I forget that my husband is actually younger than me because of his personality.

2️⃣ Respect The Husband: Even he is younger, he is the husband. Just because I am older doesn’t mean I boss him around, talk down to him, control anything I get my hands on.

3️⃣ Ignore Public Opinions: The Idea of marrying older husband doesn't always turns out good. So I always put my 100% trust in God and not listening to the public think of us.

4️⃣ Be Open To Learn From Each Other: He will learn more from me, I will always be an example to him. Somehow, there are times when I need to learn from him too. So willingness to learn from each is really important.

5️⃣ Do Not Make Things Complicated: Married to young man is the most non-complicated thing that happened to me. Young man are more likely to make ease to woman, acknowledged about woman. So I will always make things ease for him as well.

6️⃣ Let The Husband Grows: He's growing mentally and physically. So there’s a generation between us. Stand by his side, not over him, and walk with him on your journey together.
