How to Pick the Right Bra👙

Have you ever buy a bra that makes your skin irritate? Did you ever know that there's a way of choosing bra according to your size and cups?

I'm gonna share with you the five tips on how to pick the right bra.

1. Measure before you buy.

Your size can change from year to year so making sure it fit well must be done. Use a flexible cloth measuring tape to measure two areas.

i. Directly below your breasts around your rib cage.

ii. Around the fullest part of your breasts.

The first number determines your band size while the second number is your cup size. Each inch above your band size equals to one cup size. Therefore, if your measurement is 32 inches and your cup 35 inches, you'd be 32C (35 minus 32 = 3)

2. Wear a T-shirt when you shop physically.

It will be easier for you to see what the bra looks like even under the thinniest clothing.You don't want your colorful or brightful color bra to be visible when you wear t-shirt and other people can see it.

3. Try it on the right way.

Lean about halfway forward, swoop and scoop your breast tissue into the cups, then fasten the back. Stand up and adjust the straps to ensure that all of your breast tissue is where it should be.

4. Watch for key fit concern.

i. Bood spillage over the top of the cups (too small)

ii. Gaping in the cups (too big)

iii. Straps digging into your shoulder or sliding down.

iv. Any kind of pinching in the backband, or rolls of skin that bulge beyond the edge.

v. The bridge of the bra (centered between the cups) and the underwire around the sides should sit completely flush with the skin.

5. Buy enough to last.

Buy enough bra to use and change them when you need.
