Breaking my 24 hr Fast.. Part 2

After 24 hrs of Fasting I needed something nutritious, this meal was just that and more.

-I baked a tray of chicken (so kids can have too)

- mushroom I needed to use up

- cauliflower was already there

- we are a salad home (salad always on hand)
