What my 24 hr Fast look like Part 1

I’ve always Fast (4 years now) I’ve done 24, 32, and first time did 72hrs last month. Fasting had done wonders for me not just weight loss but mental clarity, mood and skin glow up.. After having my baby girl (yes I have a 1 year old over 40 🙄) Fasting been a challenge and my weight is a struggle but I’m giving myself lots of grace 😊..
