I struggle with my mental health a lot and have for the majority of my life, I found that writing down my feelings helps me get the bad stuff out of my head and some place it can eventually be beautiful. Looking back on things I’ve written both in hard years and happy ones moves me more than I can explain. It’s amazing to back to see how far I have grown from certain situations.
