Gold Rush, fun bourbon cocktail!

You just struck gold with today’s recipe, the Gold Rush! ⚱️🥃 It’s 90 degrees in NY, so I wanted to make something refreshing, but extremely simple. The Gold Rush fits that to a T! It’s quickly become one of my favorite bourbon cocktails, and even if you’re not the biggest fan of bourbon, you will love this drink!

2 oz Bourbon

0.75 oz Honey Syrup (Stir equal parts honey & water in a saucepan over medium heat & refrigerate overnight)

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Add bourbon, honey syrup & lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain over ice and garnish. Cheers!
