I truly love this bar. Holywater is supposed to make you feel like you are on a boat! Holywater celebrates New Orleans and its adopted home, New York. The bar itself is dimly lit, with nautical decor. When you first walk in, it's a bit of a "whoa" moment, but it's very inviting. The staff is fantastic, they are so hospitable and talk to you like a friend. my and my fiancé have gone back to Holywater at least 5 times to show it off to friends and family.

Tasting and coming up with new cocktails are my favorite. so first I ordered:

Holywater cocktail - Five-year aged Guyanese rum, cognac, lemon, grapefruit, Angostura bitters, Demerara sugar, and.... 🔥

Mezcal Hurricane: Mezcal, passion fruit, hibiscus, mint, lime

In the last 2 pictures, I asked the bartender to give me something off the menu that he loves to make!
