Join Me - My Journey Into Witchcraft

I have decided to start my journey into becoming a practicing witch. I know what your thinking: I sound like every other basic girl who wants to claim she is a witch because it’s trending at the moment. What makes this declaration actually mean anything?

Well, for starters, I’m not claiming to be a witch. I understand that being a witch is more than a label I can add to myself to seem more appealing. It’s actually a difficult time consuming process. A lot of people want to take a leap straight towards casting spells, but fail to understand the history of the craft itself. So, like with anything else in this world, it starts with research. The important aspect of anything you pursue as a person begins with research. I feel like I can’t truly identify with something unless I understand it. Witchcraft itself has become a trend and aesthetic that people claim. In order to break past the surface of the fade, I must learn about its history. I’m looking forward to discussing different books, articles and podcast discussing how to begin my journey.
