The longest part of this dish was defrosting the shrimp!!
Shrimp seasoning:
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Cumin powder
- Chili powder
- Chili flakes
- Olive oil
- Pinch of salt (since I already used onion salt)
Rice:
- Quinoa and rice
Asparagus:
- I cut into small pieces so it would fit in my meal prep
- Garlic powder
- Onion salt
- Olive oil
Overall SO delicious, I pan fried the shrimp and after flipping, I used my other pan to cook the asparagus and poured in a bit of water to let it steam. They finished around the same time as the rice 😋
