HOW TO: split ends

do you deal with split ends and want to know how to heal them rather than chopping them all off!

1. Get trims regularly (but don’t just cut off all your split ends)

2. When your hair is wet brush very gently from the ends to roots

3. Use a ion split end mender

4. Use leave in conditioners and hair masques

If you’re wanting to grow out your hair and thicken your ends but don’t want to cut all your hard work off do these things and you will see a HUGE difference!
