From Peaches to Snow: My Winter Wake-Up Call

I quickly learned something that should have been obvious: winters in Michigan are vastly different from those in Georgia. I had to upgrade my coat and discovered that longer coats help keep your pants dry and you warmer. Adjusting to the temperature was a real shock since anything below 70°F was cold for me! It has definitely taken me four years to get used to the temperature difference here.
