Travel | If you are taking QatarAirways, read this

i recently chose to fly QatarAirways because it was one of the cheapest flights to Milan… thats also due to the 12h transit i had in Doha 🤡 i decided to take the 12h transit because i heard of the doha city tours and since i’ve never been to the middle east, it was eye opening and really fun!! the tour was around 30ish sgd and it lasted around 3h… and it was HOT (42 degrees)

what i learnt from the guide is that…

- do not ever visit qatar / doha in AUGUST… because it can reach up to 48-53 degrees celcius ☀️

- tourists cannot buy alcohol (unless at hotels but it would be vvvv exp)

- citizens who would like to buy alcohol has to get a letter from their employer to declare that they are not muslims

- when you are there, keep drinking water even if you are not thristy

- falcons are one of the most common pets in doha (i think) and they care for their falcons v much… they have a hospital just for falcons!!

i rly highly recommend this bc i had so much fun and i got to kill some time!!
