Travel | Taking the Metro in Los Angeles 🚞

ok so taking the metro is the most convenient and affordable way to get around los angeles… but it was also quite hard to get used to… it was confusing at first… to get to some platforms, you have to go through other platforms that make you climb up the stairs then down then up then down again 💀💀💀 so pls pls always read the screen at the platform before boarding the train!!

ok!! buying a metro card… i got the 7 day pass which is unlimited usage for 7 days… which was honestly damn worth bc you can use it for BOTH bus and the metro (train)

2 vvvvv important things to note when purchasing a metro pass!!!

1) the machine lets 1 credit card buy only 2 passes… so if you are travelling as a family… yall need more than 1 credit card (IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE CREDIT CARD.. the machine accepts cash too)

2) The machine only gives change up to $9USD… even though the machine says that it accepts $50USD notes but a kinda station staff that was helping us told us that they only give change up to $9USD… which was a huge life saver…. can you imagine if i put in $50??? 😡😡
