Is getting a NINTENDO SWITCH worth it?

if you need that extra post to convince you to buy one, this is me enabling you.

BECAUSE hell yea! having grown up with nintendo Ds, i think this adult #MyGoTo toy brings me so much joy.

here’s my review:

1. TREAT YO SELF 💥

now that i'm earning my own keep, i think this little sucker is such a good investment for my own relaxation and entertainment. im a huge pokemon fan, so i mainly play the pokemon series on my switch - pokemon legends and pokemon violet. 

2. USER EXPERIENCE🫡

playing on the switch is quite complicated at the start -- there are tons of new buttons that you'll have to familiarise yourself with. but i really like playing around with the left stick that lets you move your RPG character around, and the other right stick that controls the camera in a 360 view. really gives that touch of an immersive experience! plus, when i feel like gaming on a bigger screen, i can easily hook it up to the TV.

3. THE INTERNET🫶

with nintendo online, you can also now buy games in the online store and connect to play with friends online. i love that bit of convenience, but the old school me still prefers buying a physical cartridge and loading it up my switch.
