🇰🇷 For context, I just came back from a 26d25n Korea trip for a winter #studentexchange + holiday trip with my boyfie! For a start of my seoul content, here’s some tips that helped me plan my itinerary~
1. Research 👀
→ Tiktok is your best friend if you wanna go to viral/trendy places and also hidden areas through local creators
→ Google & YouTube might help too on some inspo/things to do or even search for festivals during your stay!
→ Go on Klook as well to see if there are any tours you may be interested in ~
2. Use local maps📍
→ This is especially important for Korea since they don’t use Google map there
→ I personally use Naver Map (heard kakao map is great too) to pin areas/places I want to go so that I can plan my day wisely depending on the areas pinned! This helped me save so much time on planning as well :)
3. Plan EARLY ⏳
→ I started looking for places/things to do ard 1-2 months before flying
→ This gives me ample time to plan and this is sooooo impt for me because I'm such a “planner” and wanna make full use of my time there
4. Free & easy ✅
→ HOWEVER, do leave some spare time/dont pack too many things in a day!
→ You should still be able to wander around the areas without needing to care about what’s next on your itinerary
→ Take it easy & ENJOY
🤍 Do you have any questions? Drop them below! Would love to share them all ~ Also, stay tuned to more upcoming seoul diaries’23 content!
Till next post ~ 🫶🏻
