HFE in 1 working day- how??

#truestory and definitely not a click bait. yours truly is a single and not qualified for hdb loan. Submitted my documents and got a shock the next day when my hfe was approved? What even?

I thought that HFE will take at least a month but lo and behold, little did I know that if you can't take hdb loan, your application is like on steroid and gets approved over 1 working day??? Personal experience and can't speak for yours. Get your moolah ready to buy your house.
