crochet socks ??

(apologies for the speedrun i only had a minute to show the whole process 😭)

got this suggestion from a comment and i actually hadn’t heard of crochet socks before this ! they were fun to make though and even though the pattern seems a bit intimidating it’s actually not too bad ! i adapted the pattern from crochetingwbrii on tiktok and made some slight adjustments cause my feet are on the smaller side (im a size 6 for reference 😭). also leaving the pattern below for those who like written patterns better. happy crocheting !

SOCK:

make a magic ring

12 dc into mc

dc x 12

3 dc, inc around

4 dc, inc around

dc around until sock reaches heel

dc x 15

chain 1, turn work

(dc x 15, chain 1, turn work) x 6

sc around entire sock

insert 1 slip stitch into corners

dc around ankle portion

slip slip down back

chain 1 and cut yarn

RUFFLES

attach yarn to sock in any chain using single crochet

chain 1

4 hdc each stitch

slip stitch

chain 1 and cut yarn
