✨Cheesy Tuna Melt Breakfast Set

The sandwich was carrying the entire plate as the cheese 🧀 was indeed melty (as advertised) and the bread retained its softness despite being toasted. The tuna 🐟 was nothing to rave about BUT THERE WERE RAW ONIONS 🧅 MIXED INTO IT ‼️. Scrambled eggs have once again progressively evolved in terms of texture but not flavour (compared to previous months) 😬. The fruits and vegetables on the other hand were not fresh (fruits were watery and had a tinge of pungent sour taste, veg were a tad wilted ☹️) — perhaps this is an outlet issue as i’ve visited other outlets where such problems didn’t surface.

✨ Chocolate of A Thousand Leaves 🍂🍃

Unlike the breakfast sets, cbtl’s cakes have always been consistently good and this chocolate one in particular is one of my faves. It boasts layers of rich chocolate cream 🍫, sandwiched between fluffy chocolate sponge and a layer of crunchy hazelnuts (that tastes like ferrero rocher)! There’s also a fragrant scent of orange 🍊that prevents it from getting cloying and given that the slices are hugeee, it’s definitely worth at $5 a pc!
