1) Reflect on what you are grateful for in your life and write them down each day. You can write an actual journal entry or just make a list of a few things.

2) Go through your friends list or people you follow on social media and delete anyone that doesn’t serve you and your peace. Or even just disconnect from your phone for a while.

3) There is no right or wrong way to pray. It can seem intimidating but just talk to God like you would a friend and thank him for all he has done in your life. Read Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬.

6) There are a ton of short stretching videos on YouTube or even just make up your own little routine. Stretching is a great way to give your body some love.

7) Sitting in the sun can promote relaxation and give you a sense of grounding. Vitamin D is great for your mental health.
