What you'll need:
Gluten free Bob's Redmill 1:1 or gf all purpose flour
Instant yeast
Salt
Sugar
Water
Parchment paper
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine:
6 1/2 cups gf flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
Mix with a whisk
Add:
3 3/4 cups warm water
Mix until smooth ( I wet my hands a little to get in there and really mix it up!)
Place in a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit out to rise for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
After two hours, grab about the size of a pomelo and roll into a ball. Sprinkle some flour on the counter to coat the outside of your dough ball.
Line a Dutch oven with Parchment paper, and place dough ball in Dutch oven. Here, you can cut a pattern into your dough.
Place lid on Dutch oven and place in your over for 40 mins. Remove lid and bake for another 5-8 mins. Remove when you have your preferred color!
You should also have leftover dough you can store in the fridge up to 10 days.
