I cut off friends who don’t respond to me.

I can understand not responding for a while, but I have “friends” who choose to ignore me for months, years on end.

I’m ok with waiting for a response but it annoys me when I can text people and they choose to intentionally ignore me.

Sure ignore me but if you’re posting on social media every few hours, liking my posts on social media or updating their status / instagram, reposting / liking my videos on TikTok - I think it’s really too much.

I’ve cut off a few friends who were like this. If you can ignore me but you’re active on social media, I think it’s just too much.

Yes people are busy. I’m busy too, but I make time for all my friends. It’s just sad that nobody else does the same for me. I make it a point to either reply within an hour or two. Sometimes even within minutes / seconds I’ll respond.

Am I being ridiculous for being upset that my friends can ignore my messages for months but at the same time can like everything I post on social media? I think it’s weird. If you don’t want to talk to me, just say it.
