Avocados or guacamole
Peanut butter in and on almost everything
Berries for fiber
Cottage cheese for protein
Yogurt - mix in your berries or your peanut butter or your bananas. Always get nonfat or if you get the fattier version just make sure it’s sugar free and you mix your own stuff in. Sometimes I get the single serve cups and a single serve pouch of peanut butter and mix it together and eat it like that for double the good fat and protein content without getting that sticky mouth feeling
Bananas the best carb in my opinion.
