Thai Pork Basil Rice

I can eat Pad Krapow Moo every single day

Minced Meat

Yellow onions, sliced

Minced Garlic

Chilli Padi

Thai Basil, include stems

SEASONING

Soy sauce

Dark soy sauce

Fish sauce

Oyster sauce

Egg

1– Add minced garlic, onions and cut chillies into a frying pan.

2- When onions have soften, add minced meat, breaking up parts that might have clumped up.

3- Add water and seasoning.

4. Add Thai Basil leaves and the stems!!

5– lastly, top the fish with a sunny side up with crispy edges!

So simple yet so good!!!
