One of my favorite parts about bringing a new plant home is naming the plant. Is it necessary? No. Is it fun? Yes.

The new trendy thing when buying plants from shops is that they have these cute, vintage name stakes in the plant with a name. And I am obsessed with it. Will I be more influenced to buy a plant because his shop keeper already named him Otis? Yessssssssss.

But I already have like 40 plants at home with no cute name stakes. So, god bless Amazon for having literally everything. I bought the embossing label maker and the stakes and BOOM, plants have been officially named.
