1. Journal for 5 minutes
In the mornings, I like to journal on what I'm grateful for and what my intention is for this day! Ask yourself, "How do I want to show up today?" "If I could look at the end of today and feel amazing, what would I have done?"
2. Make a cup of tea or coffee
I personally love starting my day off with an unsweetened green tea! It's the perfect way to get just a little bit of caffeine in but also get the benefits of green tea's antioxidants, and l-theanine :)
3. Do some light stretching
You can do this in bed, standing, or on a mat! It's a lovely way to wake your body up and prime it to get ready for the day.
4. Skincare
Nothing says self care like a soothing skincare routine! I always look forward to giving myself some extra TLC in the mornings :)
5. Get dressed
This helps tell our minds and bodies that we're ready and motivated to start the day and get things done!
