some of my go to exercises i choose when writing my workouts!

friendly reminder that a lot of these exercises hit more than one muscle group, and you can even adjust them to target specific muscles

for example: lunges are a great overall leg exercise. i primarily use them for the quads by keeping an upright position. BUT by lengthening your stride and hinging a bit a your hip when taking your step, you’re able to bias the glutes more!

just one example of many, but make sure you pick what works best for you, and work on progressively overloading those movements!
