Couples photo session advice 🕊️🫶✨

Hi! My name is Kira and I am an intimate wedding photographer based in Colorado and California but traveling all over the continental United States ✨

This is what I tell all my couples before their photo sessions 👉

🕊️ The session is about celebrating the two of them and your love, nothing else

🕊️ I have no expectations for how this session will go, nor do I have any specific shots or poses I’m looking to get. The goal here is to always capture you in your most authentic form, so feel free to laugh and be silly if that feels most like you

🕊️ I use a mix of prompting and posing in my sessions to ensure that you get every photo that you have been dreaming of. If there is anything I have you do that you don’t like, we can totally skip it no worries. And if you have something in mind that you wanted, let me know and we’ll be sure to get it.

🕊️ I’ve seen a lot of people make out- please don’t feel weird about kissing on camera I promise it’s not.

I say all of this to get the fun documenting candid dreamy photos that my clients hire me for! Setting expectations from the get go is the best way to ensure that my clients get the photos they are wanting!
