a random day of eats

this is just a random day of what i ate when i am a few days away from getting paid and dont have a full stash of groceries hahah. usually i eat a ton more snacks throughout the day but this day i guess i wasnt too snacky.

i hit around 130g of protein everyday so im able to build muscle and recover and that works best for me but everyone is different🫶 also before you guys come for me i know theres like no fruits or vegetables i promise i do eat those just not today HAHHA😭😭
