🥒 trying the viral healthy smashed potato salad 🥔

- i wanted to eat something light but substantial, and without even trying it began craving this crispy potato salad! i’m so glad i finally tried it!

- the dressing was very similar to a tzatziki, so I absolutely loved it! with the fresh herbs its was so light and crunchy and delicious

- i can definitely see myself making this again! it ended up coming together really easily!

The recipe I used and adapted from is Liz Miu’s
